A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted, multi-channel lead nurture and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Optimize and manage customer lifecycle stages including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle communications and campaigns with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or similar roles in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
• Proven track record of successful multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
