Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead SMS Mobile Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive mobile marketing strategy and manage SMS, Push Notification, and Inbox Messaging channels
• Define customer contact strategies and deliver personalized, cross-channel customer experiences
• Manage and optimize mobile marketing campaigns, reporting, and A/B testing efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing enterprise-level mobile marketing channels including SMS & Push Notifications
• Experience in the retail industry preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
