Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to build trusted advisor relationships with customers and drive the adoption of AI solutions in life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation processes and manage project timelines for customer onboarding and support

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the life sciences industry
• Proven track record in project management and complex technical solution implementation
• Broad understanding of AI technologies and their applications in life sciences
