Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Bilingual Thai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and restaurants
• Manage incoming tickets via CRM and return calls for voicemails
• Document correspondence and perform minor troubleshooting for product or service issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
• Self-directed and self-motivated
