Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist to support delinquent customers and manage account resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support delinquent customers by identifying issues and educating them on resolutions
  • Negotiate payment plan modifications and administer collection efforts in compliance with regulations
  • Review account information and assist with resolving misapplied cash issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Ability to remain seated for long periods in a call center environment
  • Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques is a plus
