Creative Project Manager (Freelance, Part-Time, Remote)

We’re a fast-moving, creatively driven video production company focused on premium content for e-bike brands and other brands too.. From UGC-style reels to cinematic campaigns, we make content that cuts through the noise — and we’re looking for a freelance Creative Ops Assistant to help us stay organized and keep client work flowing smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a freelance, part-time Creative Operations Assistant who can take over the day-to-day tasks that keep our projects on track — from replying to emails and coordinating talent, to organizing deliverables and helping manage production details.
This is a remote, freelance role (~15 hours/week) with flexible hours, perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, communicates well, and is excited to work with a small creative team.
Responsibilities
Client Communication & Management
Respond to client emails and new inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Track retainer deliverables and timelines
Send updates, final deliverables, and project recaps
Content & Talent Coordination
Source UGC creators (in exchange for product)
Manage creator deliverables and shipping logistics
Find and book actors/models for in-house productions
Production Logistics & Admin
Create and send quotes & proposals (we’ll provide templates)
Handle invoicing and payments for contractors
Help manage calendars and project boards via tools like Milanote, HoneyBook, Notion, or ClickUp
(Optional Bonus: Assist with light UGC filming or on-set help if you’re local to LA)
✅ Ideal Candidate
Super organized and reliable — thrives with lists, systems, and structure
Strong communicator, especially over email
Comfortable using tools like Milanote, HoneyBook, Notion, or ClickUp
Experienced in content coordination, creator/influencer outreach, or client comms
Excited about content creation, creative production, and working with a small, growing company
Bonus if you:
Have worked in production, content ops, or creative client services
Have experience working with freelancers, contractors, or influencers
Are looking to grow into a Creative Producer or Operations Manager-type role
