Key Responsibilities

• Own the creative and brand foundation, including identity systems and campaign frameworks
• Translate business objectives into actionable creative strategies and drive brand initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director with a strong portfolio of impactful work
• Experience managing creative teams of 10+ and executing major rebrands with measurable business impact
• Combined agency and in-house experience in a Series C/D+ startup environment, preferably in healthcare or wellness
• Growth marketing expertise with a proven track record in developing effective creative campaigns
• Experience scaling creative operations during rapid growth while maintaining quality and output
