Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Research Contractor to lead and execute custom research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct consumer research to uncover actionable insights for product and marketing development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define research goals and develop comprehensive research roadmaps
• Translate research findings into clear narratives with practical recommendations for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, HCI, Information Design, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of UX or Market Research experience (3+ years with a Master's degree)
• Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Skilled in using research tools such as Qualtrics, UserZoom, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience leading Design Thinking or Lean UX activities
