Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Creative to lead and elevate its visual and brand expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Design: Define and evolve the visual identity across all media
• Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute high-impact outputs that engage key audiences
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various teams to provide creative solutions to challenges

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, video production, and brand development
• Experience building and scaling brand systems and creative processes
• Strong understanding of digital and product design principles
• Passion for mission-driven work; experience in philanthropy, nonprofit, or SaaS is a plus
