Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Research Lead to improve the usability and accessibility of a data product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative research with professionals and general audiences to uncover workflows, goals, and unmet needs
• Design and conduct qualitative research including interviews, usability testing, and workflow observation
• Synthesize research results and present strategic recommendations to enhance the product for various user types

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in qualitative UX research, including interviews and usability testing
• Experience with complex or data-heavy digital products such as dashboards or data portals
• Demonstrated success in conducting research with specialist professional audiences
• Strong synthesis skills to turn findings into actionable frameworks and themes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Cognitive Science, Journalism, or a related field
