A company is looking for a Creative Design Director to lead the creative evolution and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and innovation
• Lead end-to-end creative development for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
• Build and scale design systems and streamline creative processes for efficiency and quality

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of creative and design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience building design systems at a premium consumer brand, preferably in wellness or lifestyle
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in campaigns, packaging, and brand identity systems
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion design and AI-supported workflows
• Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and performance marketing
