Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi Specialty Pro-fee Claims Scrubber Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the Physician Coding Production and claim scrubber edits team
• Conduct quality assurance and productivity oversight for direct reports on a monthly basis
• Coach, mentor, and counsel front-end coders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; relevant experience may substitute for formal education or advanced degree
• CPC certification from AAPC
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Experience supervising coding teams
• Good organizational skills
