CPA Senior Corporate Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Corporate Accounting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key Corporate Accounting areas such as Share-Based Compensation, Earnings Per Share, and Deferred Compensation
• Assist in the monthly close process and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies
• Coordinate and prepare information for SEC filings including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3-4 years of related work experience at a public accounting firm, preferably a Big 4 firm
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS Excel
