Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist who will provide customer service and manage account renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish communication with account contacts for non-renewal accounts
• Maximize collection of monthly RPA renewal payments and document interactions in CRM software
• Participate in team meetings and meet outbound call requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of collections or customer service experience preferred
• Understanding of billing and collections procedures preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
