Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to assist with corporate governance and public company reporting matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance with U.S. securities laws and review Section 16 filings and other SEC reports
• Assist in maintaining corporate governance practices and managing shareholder meeting processes
• Collaborate with various teams to address subsidiary corporate governance matters and maintain corporate records

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in both a law firm and in-house setting
• Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. public company reporting and legal entity compliance
• Experience with DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with online entity management platforms
