Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review various commercial agreements
• Interact with customers and business partners
• Provide recommendations on strategic alternatives and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of transactional experience in technology companies, preferably SaaS/Cloud
• Experience negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers
• Juris Doctor degree with Bar Admission in good standing
• Experience handling employment matters is a plus
• Ability to maintain a controlled and flexible approach under pressure
