• Lead Conversion Rate Optimization efforts across various platforms, including Shopify stores and sales funnels

• Collaborate with development and design teams to create high-converting ecommerce experiences and optimize acquisition assets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRO, ecommerce optimization, or digital growth roles
• Deep knowledge of user behavior analysis, funnel building, and A/B testing methodologies
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce tech stacks
• Project management skills for effective team communication and project execution
• Strategic, data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and ownership
