Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing client engagements and ensuring excellent client experiences
• Implement process improvements and contribute to technology system enhancements for efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and leading teams in rapidly growing firms
• Deep accounting knowledge across multiple industries
