Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to support contract management activities for various Federal Civilian Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate major proposals and contracts, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with policies and requirements
• Provide advice to division counterparts and support proposal preparation for federal and commercial contracts
• Develop or review contract flowdown documents and support audit activities and data requests from internal/external customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience, preferably in business administration, economics, or finance
• Expert knowledge of government contracts, particularly in proposal support
• Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions and familiarity with all contract types and FAR/DFAR
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as Contracts lead on large proposals and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
