Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manufacturing Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Contract Manufacturing Operations Manager, XFN, and Legal to generate SOWs and commercial contracts
• Aim for a 6-week turnaround from business award to SOW submission
• Ensure execution of commercial contracts before engineering engagement and incorporate financial reporting in SOWs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, legal, or a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in the CE industry with a focus on commercial contracts
• Analytical skills to review contracts and identify potential risks
• Familiarity with financial terms and consistent financial reporting
• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally
