Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facility, provider, and member inquiries, appeals, and balance billing
• Review and resolve balance bills and appeals through negotiations
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain clear documentation of claim resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; BA/BS preferred
• Two or more years of experience in a medical healthcare claims role
• Background in healthcare claims management, including provider hospital billing
• State licensure certification may be required
• Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills
