• Troubleshoot product issues and provide guidance to consumers and agents
• Document customer interactions and track resolutions using Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Demonstrated skill in coaching and assisting others
• Proven ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Interest in or experience with lawn and garden care is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
