Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing project coordination and management support for enterprise implementation.
• Managing work using PM tools like MS SharePoint, Project Plan, and JIRA.
• Collaborating with the enterprise implementation team across multiple regions.
• Accessing mentorship from senior leaders.
• Contributing to projects to meet KP business objectives.
• Developing reports and analytics.
• Engaging in project management tasks: planning, execution, and measurement.
• Learning new applications to support business objectives.
• Job shadowing in other functional areas.
• Performing additional duties as required.
About You:
Candidates should possess:
• Pursuing or completed a graduate degree within the last year; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Interest or knowledge in healthcare and IT project management.
• Tactfulness in a labor/union environment.
• Experience with MS Office suite and SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with minimal direction.
• Aptitude for data and process analytics.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 3.0 GPA or above preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and produce high-quality work.
