Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant (remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and customer journey requirements
• Implement, configure, and test Adobe Journey Optimizer workflows to enhance customer engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze customer data to optimize marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and personalized content delivery
• Experience integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with other systems (CRM, CMS, etc.)
• Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies and analytics
