Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant with strong hands-on development experience to design, develop, and maintain customized CRM solutions. The ideal candidate must be technically strong in Dynamics 365 CRM development, capable of building complex customizations, integrating with external systems, and ensuring high-performance, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include customizing Dynamics 365 modules, developing plugins and workflows, and aligning the platform with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet user and business requirements.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, Power Platform, Azure Services, and Data Connectors.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Develop SSRS reports, dashboards, and data views within Dynamics CRM.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging for CRM components
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven, in-depth experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Hands-on experience with Data verse, Azure Logic Apps, and Web Services integration.
- Strong knowledge of plugin development, custom workflow activities, and form scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for CRM deployments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate (or similar).
- Experience in both Dynamics CRM On-Premises and Cloud-based environments.
- Exposure to Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- Understanding of CRM solution layering and ALM practices.
