Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Representative (Temp Position).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the escalated point of contact for client inquiries regarding background screening programs and account workflow
  • Perform report research and analysis, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements
  • Provide leadership support to Client Success Representatives and participate in client-specific training
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of client relations experience with a dedicated book of clients
  • Background screening and/or pre-employment screening experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; secondary education strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
