A company is looking for a People & Compliance Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance audits of employee personnel files to ensure adherence to regulations
• Maintain benefits compliance by partnering with payroll and benefits teams on regulatory requirements
• Support immigration compliance by managing work authorization documentation and maintaining records

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• 5-7 years of experience conducting audits of employee records for compliance
• Ability to collaborate with third-party vendors on compliance-related services
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with G-suite applications
