Compact RN Hospice Triage - job 3 of 15

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage for hospice and home health patients
• Utilize technology and EMRs for patient documentation and care protocols
• Work part-time evening shifts and every other weekend as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
• Must be comfortable with multiple technology applications for documentation
• Ability to work a minimum of 30 minutes for shift preparation and additional time for charting
