Job Description

Delta Airlines is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team. As a remote Customer Care representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience when they reach out for support. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and services
