Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Executive, AMER.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales leaders to develop commercial proposals aligned with risk tolerance and revenue targets
• Incorporate enterprise efficiencies in new and revised commercial models for Work Dynamics accounts
• Support client-facing commercial negotiations and assist in preparing for Commercial Reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant business experience in Facilities Management and Real Estate outsourcing
• First-hand experience in contract management and negotiation
• In-depth knowledge of Facilities Management outsourcing models and client requirements
• Understanding of risk-reward frameworks, pricing, and resource structures
• Familiarity with Work Dynamics business models and clients
