Cognos Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cognos Developer to oversee UI customization and reporting for the State Data Warehouse Solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI customization efforts in Cognos Analytics to meet business requirements
• Configure and maintain Cognos environments, including installation and performance tuning
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on user needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IBM Cognos Analytics, including UI customization and reporting development
• Strong expertise in Cognos Report Studio, Dashboarding, and Framework Manager
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Cognos extensions for UI enhancements
• Knowledge of SQL and database structures (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, etc.)
