Clinical Trials Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trials Network Operations Manager to oversee oncology clinical trials and affiliate networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational and operational activities of Disease-Oriented Teams (DOTs) and assess performance standards
• Consult with DOT managers to set expectations for research nursing and technical staff managing oncology clinical trials
• Develop budget recommendations and ensure fiscal soundness of clinical oncology trials

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in science, social science, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 5 years of experience managing clinical trials, specifically in oncology
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance and assurance best practices
• Ability to maintain peer-level relationships with faculty and academic departments
