Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Technical Operations Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Plan business requirements and translate them into NASCO system requirements
• Create quality artifacts and documentation following project management methodologies
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to resolve system performance issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7 years of experience related to software development lifecycle methodology
• 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry
• 8 years of combined experience in software development and implementations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business technology, or related fields
• Knowledge of TSO, file transfer, and other Mainframe and Mid-Tier server technologies
