Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first-line operations partner for families and the care team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
• Maintain and improve digital operations infrastructure, including scheduling systems and EHR platforms
• Support new provider onboarding and collect feedback to inform operational updates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in a clinical operations position at a digital health company
• Experience in a team-oriented, dynamic work environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in fast-moving settings
• Resourceful and adaptable problem-solver
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Zoom, Slack, Notion, GSuite, EHRs, and patient/provider portals
