Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders in B2B tech
• Demonstrated success in managing a book of business strategically and autonomously
• Experience in developing and implementing account strategies to maximize customer value
• Proactive in addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution
• Strong understanding of client business landscapes to support advocacy and drive referrals
