CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Imaging & Diagnostics
We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our Imaging Client Support team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our internal teams and clients—ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and exceptional customer support. You will contribute to the success of our healthcare and diagnostics services by coordinating supply management, providing administrative support, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely, accurate, and professional assistance.
• Take ownership of client needs, following up on requests and issues through to resolution.
• Develop a strong understanding of internal workflows related to the collection, handling, and processing of patient lab samples.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing consistent, high-quality service.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
• Process and fulfill client supply orders promptly and accurately.
• Track and document all outbound supply shipments, including associated costs and inventory usage.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with shipping vendors such as FedEx.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively submit restock orders to avoid disruptions in service.
Administrative & Interdepartmental Support
• Prepare and maintain documentation for onboarding materials, including new customer in-service binders.
• Collaborate with internal departments—including Radiology and Diagnostics—to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and internal project coordination as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift/move heavy items when necessary.
Physical & Mental Requirements
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional under pressure or in challenging situations.
• Physical capability to lift boxes or supplies (up to 30 lbs) on occasion.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
