Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Greek via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized records for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery.
• Stay informed about company policies and offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for enhancement in service delivery.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage and resolve challenging situations effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and systems is preferred.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
