Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager responsible for managing client satisfaction and relationships in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and conduct client visits to understand their cross-border trade requirements
• Respond to urgent client issues and lead internal teams to address process improvements
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to established policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Associates Degree or post-secondary education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management methodology and techniques
