Job Summary

A company is looking for an APD Claims Team Lead, Rideshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee adjusting staff and provide support to the Claims manager to ensure operational effectiveness
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling, including intake, investigation, evaluation, and settlement
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and analyses to clients, while fostering a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, preferably in auto and bodily injury
• 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better efficiencies
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and strong ethics in handling sensitive information
• Ability to attract, hire, and train team members effectively
