Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Call Center Universal Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via Phone, Email, and/or Chat, ensuring complete and accurate assistance
• Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance customer service and sales skills
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer data while ensuring confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and manage duties with minimal supervision
• Call center, retail, and/or e-commerce experience is preferred
• Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
