Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Service Associate to provide customer service support in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 40-60 inbound calls daily and make outbound calls for follow-ups
• Assist clients with disability insurance policies, updating information and explaining coverage
