Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Support & Implementation Specialist to join their Internal Cloud team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by partners, providing timely solutions
• Guide partners through the configuration and deployment of Ark Cloud Services (ACS) products
• Manage support tickets and track partner issues to ensure prompt resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Thorough knowledge of cloud tools and methodologies for troubleshooting in public cloud environments
• Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack
• Fluency in English is required
