A company is looking for a Claims Operations, Senior Manager.

  • Oversee and optimize operational aspects of service delivery to ensure efficient healthcare services

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in claims operations
  • Healthcare industry experience, with TPA experience in self-funding highly preferred
  • Prior leadership experience managing a large team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification
  • Adept at execution, business intelligence, and collaboration
