A company is looking for a China Bureau Chief to lead coverage on China's international affairs and its global impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report and write on various aspects of China, focusing on international affairs, security, climate policy, and technology
• Identify trends and provide in-depth reporting on fast-developing stories
• Develop compelling storytelling and investigations while building a network of trusted sources

Required Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience as a full-time reporter for a major English-language news organization
• Proven ability to cover complex stories and develop sources
• Strong competitive drive and quick adaptability
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Mandarin language skills and previous international correspondent experience are preferred
