Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in operations with a proven track record in designing operational systems
• Experience in Info, Ed-Tech, Consulting, SaaS, or Tech sectors
• Comprehensive understanding of operational functions including finance and customer service
• Demonstrable experience in planning and supervising operational processes
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma / Lean Management and marketing operations is beneficial
