Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP/Chief of Staff, US Group Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives alongside the President of USGH
• Manage complex projects and ensure operational excellence within the President's office
• Facilitate effective communication and represent the President in meetings with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience supporting an executive leader in business planning, strategy, and operations
• 8+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field
• 10 years of experience in facilitation, collaboration, and influencing cross-functionally
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
