We are looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Chat Support Specialist to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive support experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, or other messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, or escalation as needed
• Maintain a high level of written communication and professionalism in all interactions
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) to resolve customer concerns and improve the support process
• Accurately log customer interactions and feedback using internal CRM tools or support platforms
• Identify and report common issues or trends to improve processes and the customer experience
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in chat or customer support is preferred
• Strong written communication skills in English are essential
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using chat software, ticketing systems, or CRMs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
