Change Transformation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Transformation Specialist to facilitate organizational change initiatives for successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create change management plans aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct impact assessments and develop communication plans to inform stakeholders about changes
• Design and deliver training programs while monitoring progress and evaluating effectiveness of change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, or related field
• Proven experience in change management or organizational development
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Project management experience is a plus
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable
