Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager specializing in the Prosci ADKAR model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for healthcare transformation initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to tailor engagement strategies
  • Design and deliver training content and reinforcement tools to support adoption of changes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Public Health, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years in healthcare
  • Prosci Change Management Certification and Train-the-Trainer Level 1 Certification
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives impacting clinical and administrative teams
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
