Capability Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capability Analyst - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and prioritize work based on roadmap initiatives and business needs
• Collaborate across departments to enhance and document retail operations processes
• Provide day-to-day support for the retailer network and manage inquiries through support queues

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Operations role
• 1+ years of SQL experience
• 1+ years of experience in Healthcare or Financial Services
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
